Still impossible to get RED as a colour for the BRZ?
 

As the title would explain, I'm wondering if its still impossible to get a RED Subaru BRZ from a dealership in Canada.

I realize I could go south of the border and pick one up there, but I'm sure I'll be paying more duties than I'd like to and I won't be able to finance.

EDIT: WTH... just noticed that you can't get dark grey/asphalt anymore either. o.O

No red, grey, or galaxy blue. I know we're a smaller market, but damn...we deserve more than 1 nice colour.

I don't really know how much money it will cost but I thought I would throw the idea out there...why not buy an FR-S and just do some swaps with folks on the forum or something? Again I have no clue how much it would be to install all the items from a BRZ into an FR-S but I'm sure you can either buy or swap most of those in?

I was shown the paper work for the 2014 BRZ by my dealer and the DGM and LR have been added to the lineup. Just waiting for it to become offical so I can put in my order.

Yeah, GBS would've been my first choice. Really happy with SWP though so not too bummed out about it.

Yup, I was offered a 2014 Lightning Red when they couldn't get me a 2013 WRB.. :(

I'm so happy they finally are offering LR for the BRZ for 2014. I wanted to order some brz goodies but the dealer couldn't get them in red so I'd have to paint them myself (Fender inserts, rear lip etc)

I would have done GBS as well if I'd known that's be available, it looks amazing.
