Condolences for your loss. :( Very tragic, regardless of the cause. Hope you can bounce back.

And I concur with Gary in NJ. As curious as I am on all the gritty details, don't overshare until everything is finalized.

I wish I thought this would awaken enough people to the truth about these sacred vendors, but I doubt it will.

your right ppl will still use him

He sounds like a real Di*k. The funny thing is he probably has insurance to cover you, but doesn't know how to do business the right way.

@brzturbo, sorry for this horrific loss. I hope you get the best out of this situation, maybe even come back to one of the twins. :)

That said, I would suggest going through the insurance company, providing them with all the information you have, on paper, email, anything else that shows any possibility of who may be at fault. Let their lawyers sort it out, but the fact that you didn't do the work on the car OR were the one driving it works heavily in your favor.

And @Visconti...shame on you. Your reputation on here is nosediving. Your first duty is to the customer, and you owe brzturbo a new car, or the cash equivalent. If you are unwilling to do this, please close up your shop and remove yourself from this forum permanently.
