Sound Tube /Takeda CAI
 
i wanna get this CAI .. But it has an opening to the sound tube which i wanna get rid of when i install the CAI .. anyone know of a plug for the takeda nd the firewall ??? thanks alot!

Takeda you drill out if you want the growler tube as for the firewall take out the tube and there should be a fitting in the wall itself just electrical tape the fitting and plug it back in facing down you should be good

ohh i haven't bought the takeda .. i thought that sound tube had the hole already open and i needed something to plug it up with .. and the firewall i will look more into that section .. i just wanted to plug in tha takeda sound tube hole .. but since i would have to drill one myself .. no need ot even bother. thanks alot!

That CAI doesn't require you to use the growler tube, so just fully remove it. As for capping the fire wall, you can actually use the 12V Cigaret flip cover; its the same size and/or you can easily find one at Napa

remember to take the front snorkel out of the bumper when you install the the intake too... SOME people don't follow the instructions...
