FS: Hot lava manual in Toronto

I have decided that I will be selling my FR-S.

It has 27000 km. I have a set of winter tires and wheels, and TRD exhaust and intake are available as well.

I'm asking 23500. Willing to go slightly lower if we take the winter wheels and TRD stuff out of the deal. Anyone who is seriously interested, please PM me for further contact.

Have you had much interest in the car?

I'm just asking because that price seems low considering the car isn't even a full model year old yet. I put an 8k down payment on my car and if that's the going price for a used model, I'll be upside down on my loan if I go to sell the car.

If you want to sell the trd muffler, let me know. If you dont have the stock avail to put back on, mine will be available.

I have the stock parts still. I won't be removing any parts until I find a buyer for the car. I don't think I'll have much luck finding a buyer here. I will be posting to autotrader and Kijiji soon to reach a wider audience who doesn't already likely have an frs

That'll be the same story with any brand new car...

Asking $23500 is about $3000 less than MSRP which isn't a ton of depreciation in a year. Judging by the km's the car was bought about a year ago.

I suppose when you put it like that. I guess I'm just factoring the asking price VS the TOTAL price I paid for mine (taxes etc etc) which was slightly over 30k

That's exactly the same with any brand new car... it's VERY rare you don't end up upside down with financing if you sell before the car is paid off.

^This.

You usually don't catch up to depreciation until roughly 2 years into the loan.

Yeah I'm not expecting to recover taxes and freight. I took delivery of the car at the end of June 2012. Also I put 5k down and financed over 3 years at 2.7% I only have 17k left on my loan so I'm alright in that respect.
