a stock auto FRS..."fast"...yeah, downhill with a headwind...

and the icing is that it is also labeled a 10 series when it is clearly not...

This is a lesson for you that don't believe in everything you read in the ad on Internet. Do your homework and will save you a lot of headache. Especially at Craiglist, many sellers are full of crap and many buyers are low ballers.
