BRZ holds its own in Auto-X with rookie driver
I had an autox this past weekend and for the first time I was working more on controlling the back end of the car than the front.
I've only done a few autox events, and in the past I've typically hit the corners too hot and fought understeer. Not this time! (And thanks to people on this forum I was far more aware of my bad habit!) While I still hit some corners too fast, I had to work more to ease into the throttle as the rear end was much easier to break out because of the header I added to the car. (The track was also just a little slick this time.) I've put the results of the top times for the top three or four cars in each class next so you can see how I did in comparison to some better drivers in faster cars. |

Now where's the video?! :happy0180: |
Yea.... will start doing videos at my next race on 8/25.

Grats! My suggestion for video is to have the go pro on the quarter panel glass behind the driver window. That way you see the road and your hand inputs and maybe even your feet. Although you'll need foot well lighting for that
