Tire rack rates Michelin SS top again

And by a significant margin over the Bridgestone.

Yokohama does slightly better on the track but not on the road.

saw the email. PSS will probably stay at the top for a while.

Well, it's a great tire. Best all-around summer tire I've owned.

^ I'll second that!

What size do ya all recommend for stock rims? Street driven only.

Thanks

225/45/17

I've been running 225/45/17 Michelin PSS on a 17x8 rim, and don't have too much regrets considering how well the PSS drives in the rain and in the dry since I have a long commute too. I also autocross on the tires. I'll probably be switching to the new ZIIs, RE-11A, or Rivals next year though.

Mind if I ask why, you'll be switching?

I'm running Direzza ZIIs 255/35/18 ... Car is completely planted with a ton of grip. I'm more than happy with the choice even in the rain, but haven't driven on Michelin PSSs ...

Our other car (Accord V6) needs better tires, so I figured I'd put the PSS on it, which is more tire than it needs, and I get even better ones. Hehe.

Informative article as I have an interest in all of those tires.
