Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be reporting back my finding on his product once it comes in, but it was nice to hear someone really know their stuff (I'm in sales and it's ridiculous that most don't even know what they're messing with.) Thanks Jack!

Agreed, I ran unichip for a few months before going with the innovate supercharger. Jack was extremely helpful and responsive.

+1, Jack is a pro. Very pleased with the service and product.

Jack has been great, very helpful, and forthcoming with things like why they're not doing Flexfuel at this time.

I have dealt with Jack before on other platforms and was an original adopter on this platform and can say without a doubt that he is one of the most professional and courteous vendors on the forum. He's always quick to respond to any questions and really wants to see his customers happy.
