Weird Blinker Issues
 

So about two months ago I installed all LED's in the blinkers up front and in back plus a LED relay flasher and had no problems. As of two days ago when I turn my parking lights and headlights the driver side blinker will stay on in a dull state and when I turn on the driver side blinker it will blink bright and then go off but it stays on dull. I've tried changing out all four or the bulbs and the flasher one by one and still having the problem. Another funny thing is if my headlights or parking lights aren't on then i have no problems at all. Any help would be very beneficial.
