This is the tuner kit version. The only thing getting CARB approval is the complete kit tuned from Vortech.

The only thing that can be sold and used on another car from ECUtek is the cable and I'm guessing he is keeping it to continue use. (feel free to correct me @tg_1981)

Correct the cable is all that can be used. I used the license on the dongle. I am keeping the cable since i will be going turbo.
