How do I keep my driver seat smelling clean?
So, I play soccer 2-3 times a week, and typically after each session I am drenched in sweat. The indoor arena I play at doesn't have a cooling system so it is normal to walk out of the place with a drenched shirt. Gross, but, it is what it is.
How do I keep my driver seat from smelling like a sweaty foot? Is there a product on the market which can take care of the inevitable odor which will make my car forever unclean? I was thinking about Febreeze, but, was seeing if there is something better out there. |
Put on one of those large plastic garbage bags before you get in.

throw a towel on the seat before you sit?

Take the bus.....problem solved.

just dont fart

Pee on your seat. It won't smell like sweat that way. Problem solved.

Change clothes before getting in the car? If that isn't an option, the first thing I'd do is get a seat cover to help protect the seat. I have similar issues with my clothes being soaked through with sweat after work. Not a problem with my BRZ since I never drive it to work, but in several of my other cars, seat covers take care of the problem.

Check some of the stuff that Chemical Guys sells. Different smells and they cut smell very well. 10 bucks a bottle is pretty good.
|
Febreze car spray + steam clean upholstery on a regular/frequent basis.
|
green bottle gold bond in your asscrack
|
Hahaha these are awesome. I guess I never thought of a towel....:bonk: I'll also look into the Chemical Guys product line

You know those laundry tumble dryer sheets, stick a few sheets underneath your car seat and passenger seat and it should be pleasant smelling.
