GT86 spindles?
 
So I'm curious, does anyone make lowering spindles for the car to preserve the stock suspension and geometry or did coilover kits basically kill spindles?

Well, your idea kind of makes since in the rear as there are a few aftermarket lower control arms that lower the mounting points of the shock to preserve suspension travel.

As far as the front, there are new spindles coming out for the 86, but they are to achieve greater steering angle and do not change ride height.
