Very annoying rattle/noise in the back of my BRZ. Any help?

I've been having this one annoying issue every time I drive my car to places. I'm sure this has been discussed before but I'm not sure where. There is a very annoying rattle or noise coming from the back of my car. It almost sounds like the back windshield is breaking but I'm guessing it's coming from the trunk. It usually happens only when I'm cruising (50mph+) or when I hit certain bumps while going that fast. It's a problem ever since I got the car(6 months ago). I've had almost 3000 miles on it and hopefully when it gets it serviced I can tell my dealership the issues. I hope my new Invidia N1 exhaust doesn't prolong or make the problem more worse.

My car was doing this (purchased July 2012), it was driving me crazy! I just took it into Subaru yesterday and they performed the TSB shown above and my car finally seems solid again, like a new car should. So much happier now!

I didn't even have to bring the TSB, they figured it out themselves. They did leave a few marks on the rear deck though, so I will maybe put some spray paint up there to prevent rust.

I actually just encountered some noise today driving. It only happens when moving at a higher speed too. Comes from the back of the car. I can't pinpoint it as I'm driving while it happens. Closest thing it reminded me of is a crackling speaker. I confirmed it's not the speakers as the music was completely off. I'll be taking it in. Hopefully it's that TSB mentioned above.

Check and make sure that the back seat is fully latched. On either side of the seat you will see two locking features, if you can see a little bit of red showing on one side, then that will vibrate and make a sound similar to what you are describing.

You know that is a very good idea. I didn't even think of that. I'm going to do a quick checkup on it after work today because I heard it this morning too. Just started yesterday :( hopefully it's as easy as that. However... I have not unlatched it in a while, but nonetheless it's worth a shot! Thanks for the pointer!
