What is the dongle piece and how much will the tune run?

In short and simplest terms, you need the dongle to be connected to the computer to be able to use the cable.

Typically the Tune runs approximately 300 dollars to 350. You will get that for $200 instead once I notify fa20 that you purchased my cable and dongle + the license is 300 which you will also get for $250.
