Maybe they realized there wasn't as much of a market when people were going through struts about as fast as a tank of gas.

;)

But, really, I can't find a hit on Google at all for the BRZ/FRS application except for a single Facebook wall posting about someone doing an install which could have easily been mistaken.

Why do you say that? Were the SuperDown springs too aggressive on the struts? Seriously, is there something to what you're saying, because I'm about to buy a set, but if they're going to ruin my stock struts, I can't afford to replace them all yet.

Thanks!

OK, found where to buy the RS-R SuperDown Sus springs.

From RS-R themselves!
Send an email to them at info@rs-r.com, and tell them what you want, and you can buy it directly from them. Pretty awesome!

But now, SigmaHyperion is making me all nervous about ruining my suspension...

I was really half-kidding, hence the ;)

I assumed, based on the name, and based on the fact that you were looking for very rare springs when there are so many options out there, that these must be (as their name suggests) some really, really low springs. And the FRS/BRZ doesn't have a ton of travel to begin with and doesn't much care for springs with a ton of drop.

But, based on your succeeding post, which gave me a website to look at, turns out their "Super Down" springs, aren't all that "super down" at all. They call for a 25-30mm drop. That's no more than countless other options out there, and actually less than many considered fairly reliable (i.e. Eibach Sportline). Which sorta begs the question of why you want that particular set, but to each their own.

Anyways, you should be fine.

Dude! You got me all worried and everything. I was about to complete my order, and stopped to try and research it...

Anyway, I want the RS*R springs because of a non-sponsored endorsement from reading through this thread...

Sounds like it's about what I want. Lowered about an inch, has good street ride still, but I can still use it on track once in a blue moon.

The Swift springs also sound great - lowered about an inch, has even better street ride, but suffer a bit more at the track, because the spring rates are a little softer.

Anyway, I did notice the wink, but wanted to make certain before I spend on the springs. :)
