Help. How to fix
I got in an accident. After cleaning up the mess, this is what I end up with.
Cracking paint. Can touch-up paint work with this? Or I have to sand it down a bit then use touch-up paint? http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/t...ps462a6306.jpg Can I wet-sand the headlight (the way people use to restore yellow headlight) and use tons of rubbing compound after sand it? The crack/crash is not too deep, I can feel it with finger but not with finger nail (just a little). http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/t...ps9068c902.jpg :thanks::thanks::thanks: |
I hope you have a buffer, because I dont think you can get that out by hand

Touch up paint will not work do to the fact that your car color is pearl white. Anytime a car has any pearl or metallic coating in the mix of paint you will have to repaint the whole piece. Touch up paint for pearl white from a dealership does not have clear coat mixed in. So once you apply the touch up later on you will notice small blotches all over the damaged areas of your bumper. I hope this was informative to you and if you have any other questions feel free to ask us.
