Still a good one though!

This commercial makes me so happy. It does a great job of showing that cars are more than just machines to be treated like appliances. They are much more than that.

ahhhhh needs subtitles!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a BRZ owner whose father owned a first generation legacy turbo, I love this commercial.

It doesn't need subtitles. It explains itself. It's beautiful. The Japanese and even American Subaru adverts really pull at people's emotions.

Translation:

Father: Yosuke (kid's name), wanna try riding it?

(argument scene) lots of "Wait! Why!?" And then the final yell sounds like "Get out!" (the overlapping yells made this part a little tough to get)

Mother: welcome home!

Wife/fiancée: it's good to meet you!

Mother: good to meet you too!

Mother looks at son: your father is where he always is...

Son: wanna try riding it? (same exact words his father said to him when he was a kid)

Father gets the old toy car, gives it to son.

Father, driving: This is a good car...

Son: thanks. :)

Narrator: what kind of story/legend do you and your car have?

..I don't know there (North America and NZ, AUS), but here in Italy there is a little Japanese community in MIlan and it's very difficult to gain friendship and friendly translations...! I don't know reasons to why.

That's interesting, Italy had some of the nicest people I've ever met. Maybe it's because we were in Sicily/Calabria...Campagna etc...lol you can always Google it!

I'm Italian, and most Italians here in the United States are exceptionally outgoing, almost comically at times lol.
