Prodrive Racing School at PIR

Has anyone taken these classes and do you have wonderful things to say about it? Im planning on signing up here shortly and thought I'd start with just the basic$300 class but I hope to take them all eventually!

They are a little expensive compared to the track day I posted. Beginners get an instructor to sit with them the whole time driving at the event I posted. It's only $220 for novice and $180 for guys that have already taken the track/safety class or been in other HPDEs.

Thanks man, this is exactly why I wanted to post something in the first place. I think Im going to go to your track day event now but I'm giving myself some time to finalize my decision. Sounds fuckin fun, you think a stock BRZ will be good enough for the track? Im sure everyone else coming has some Turbo charge or after market exhaust. Im bone stock Premium Subaru BRZ!

@slizoth - None of us doing the track day are boosted. HPDE days are not a race so stock is just fine. Use it to push your car and see what it can do and figure out where you want to go to make it better and more importantly hone your skills as a driver. From all the people I've talked to and what I've read if you have the money invest in some better brake pads but you can "get by" on the stock pads. I think there are 4 of us going so far. It's gonna be fun!

According to my tally there are 9 of us going but there is always some people that no show at the last minute for whatever reason. Most of the people either haven't done anything to there car or not much. I've done quite a bit but nothing to the engine, but I have headers and a tune coming in the coming weeks. If you'd like to join the crowd read all the stuff from that post, let me know and I'll add you to the list of people that are coming.

I just looked for people registered on Motorsportreg.com and figure those are the committed folk.
