Toyota Servicing - Brisbane

So took the car in for the 15,000/9 Month service yesterday at my Toyota dealership.

As I always do, when I got home I checked that everything that they said had been done, was done.

Imagine my surprise when I lifted the bonnet and found:
1. The aircleaner element still had my handwriting on it
2. The Oil filter had not been changed (still the Subaru one I put on there when I changed the oil at 5000K).

Service manager called, sorted out the problem - because the car would not go on their lift, they had jacked it up manually - oil filter still in box, brand new was sitting in the boot due to the confusion about getting under the car.

I've only have a my car for 3 weeks, but I am also in Brisbane it might be of benefit to know which Dealer you were getting yours serviced or not so serviced at?

No name and shame until I've spoken to the service manager.

So, service manager has called me from home and explained. Note had not made it on to my service document, about works performed. Am now satisfied.

No need to name and shame.

What was the reason the GTS would not go on their lift??

Aero kit + STI pink springs make it too low
