One would have to cut a portion of the bumper foam, or remove it completely. One would also have to find left-hand thread (AKA reverse thread) bolts to secure them to the frame. Once secured, some guys will fold it in half and zip-tie it to prevent it from flapping around. Alternatively, you can just have it stick out of the hole or a slot. They're pretty stiff and beefy.

FYI: TRS only provides the tow straps. These straps do not come with any bolts or washers since the thread sizes and bolt depth requirements are different for each manufacturer.
