Mannnnn, living in the barracks sucks, I park away from everyone in my parking lot but someone drove back drunk one friday parked next to me and decided to swing their door open super hard and now I have a dent in my quarter panel...

Commissioned and/or warrant officers don't reside in barracks. Barracks are of single soldiers E1 to E5. There are some exceptions but the barracks are for junior enlisted single soldiers with no dependents.

I wouldn't even park remotely close to the barracks if I lived in them. I've been on CQ/Staff duty and seen the bullshit soldiers do during the weekend in the barracks.
