The issue isn't that I can't do it, but it certainly is a lot simpler to add it to a coupler. If I need change it down the road, I can always replace the coupler.

Well my order at FA20 Club for this kit was placed last year 2013 (November) I received the manifold about 1.5 months ago and I'm still missing Oil cooler, base map, some fittings.. Toni is unreachable, sends false tracking numbers, terrible fitment issues, etc ... It has been a nightmare.

Anyways, Im finishing the install and was wondering if anybody could help me out with a base map to start the car until I decide on what tuner to go with. The kit has the 57 trim, 540cc injectors, walbro pump, with 2.5 map sensor, using Ecutek. Anyone have a similar setup that can send me a base map to cariza@gmail.com ? Thanks a lot in advance, and good luck to anyone else still waiting for their kit.

Fight it through credit card company.

I would recommend working with HRI Tuning as they have plenty of experience tuning FA20Club kits and have been a real pleasure to work with.
