Are these used?

yes used with a few hundred miles on them, price is around $70 cheaper than new if not more depending on vendors prices. They have a extra gasket that I made that when oem ones that are on stock lights are used in conjunction keeps moisture at bay. I power washed car once to twice a week never a issue, also they been rewired for they came from japan and its needed to get the lights to function properly(brake/turn signal)
