ha! I used to live in Sarasota/Bradenton for about 10 years. My wife and I still have friends and family there and visit occasionally. It's a chill area, if you like beer check out World of Beer by the Sarasota Outlet Mall, its the only place close to what we have here in Denver. Siesta Key Beach is really nice, powder white sand that never gets super hot, and its a great place for walks at night; about 3-4 miles wall to wall.
