17x9 235/45 vs 235/40 tires QUESTION
I wanna get 17x9 wheels w 235/40 for a slight stretch & the slightly thinner tire look, but I was wondering if that's the right tire to pick. Wouldn't it throw the Speedo calibration off? If Itbdoes I know the obvious answer would be to just get 235/45 tires. So plz advise. Thank u

I'm running 235/40-17s right now. The difference is only 1mph, so it's not a big deal.
