no rubbing anywhere at full lock - that was a main concern for me when deciding on the setup. as for the clearance difference between springs and coilovers, i don't know.

Nice setup. I am going to install the same wheels on my 86 GTS. Whats the ride like with the 265s on the rear ? Not too understeery ?

frankly, i haven't noticed. i'm not an experienced enough driver, or i'm not driving the car hard enough to notice any understeer. it goes where i want it to go.

Awesome.

Yeah I was hoping to increase rear wheel grip myself but wasn't sure if 265s where going to be too much rear grip. But sounds like its ok. I'm not that experienced of a driver either having nearly all FWD cars before so RWD is a bit scary in the wet for me with the stock wheels.

Already spun out once in the wet and thought right, need wider tires on the back. lol

you can still break the 265's loose if you want to on purpose, but i definitely got the increased grip i was looking for. people buy this car for different purposes, and i wanted more grip all-around - i'm not looking to drift around corners - just stick better on curves. i drove a 1978 280Z for almost 30 years, so a RWD sports car is pretty much what i'm used to.

Just one other question. Did you need hub centering rings for these also ? Whats the hub bore on these wheels if you know that would be great ?

Thanks.
