this curse thing sucks

add me to the list. someone nailed me in a parking lot today. just after i installed my new exhaust, and was visiting my dad for his birthday weekend. the guy was probably drunk too. everyone said he was drinking, but the cop didn't feel the need to sobriety test him.

The cop didn't "feel" the need to test him? What crap is that? I might not have been there to see what happened but it's that kind of behavior that pisses me off about cops.

Sorry your ride was hit. How bad was the damage?

Go to court and get that asshole to pay, and bring up the crap about the stupid cop who didn't "feel" like testing him for sobriety. That kind of bulls**t causes accidents, and the drunk guy should pay every dollar.

plymouth, right behind east bay grille.

the damage isn't bad, but it will need a new front bumper and headlight

anyone familiar with a diminished value claim? i'm definitely going after his insurance for the loss of value to my nearly brand new car that now has an accident on it's history.

i've heard i might even get fined by the finance company since it's a lease?
