Service/Repair Recommendations in NoVA

Wondering where everyone takes there cars for general service or repairs in Northern Virginia.

Since I care about this car more than the others I own, wanted to get some recommendations.

Most recently I've taken my cars to Dulles Auto Clinic. Only been there once so jury's out but they have good reviews on Google.

I had been taking my cars to Autoscandia which also has great reviews but have decided to stop taking it there as they seem to be more expensive then I would expect for most of the things I've had done there.

Or ask the forum when you need work done and someone might just show up and help you with it. (Of course size of job needed matters)

Didn't realize the tuning places do maintenance and repair work as well. Just thought they focused on aftermarket installs and stuff but I guess it makes sense that they would do so.

I've never had a car that would warrant going to a tuner shop before but I guess now I can start.

Perhaps my minivan will get a supercharger.

I do lots of basic maintenance for friends across the car community in NOVA...did brakes and rotors last weekend and I’m doing tie rod ends this Sunday. I enjoy turning wrenches and I don’t mind helping, guiding, or doing the dirty work. I’m sure there are a more than a few guys with experience like me who would lend a hand for a few brews. I’d much rather show someone how to fix a problem them self’s than to pay a stranger to touch their own car.
