some idiot at my job didn't care about my baby parked REALLY CLOSE to me... now my baby has a vertical ding on the side the size of a dime.

it's not noticeable at first glance especially if you didn't know it existed but knowing it's there bugs the crap out of me.

i already tried the blowdryer/canned air technique and it didn't work.

a body shop was asking for $230 and won't guarantee it. (ridiculous price)


any tips?

Find the closest PDR (paintless dent repair) shop you can find and their price will probably be 1/2 of that. I've had a few small dings taken care of over the years and you truly can't tell they were ever there.

(PDR's usually charge around $60-$90 per dent) As long as the paint is not damaged, a good PDR will be able to easily fix it.

I know how ya feel man. dings and curb rash bug the hell outta me. try this guy,hes near LA. He fixed a ding on my G's trunk

When I had an RSX we used to host Dent Removal Meets where we invite one of the mobile PDR guys to a park and bring our cars and get a mass discount. I don't have any dents but when I do you can be damn sure I'm gonna host one.

i tried hosting one too but it was a failure, if you could get one going on that'd be great. i have two door dings i need to get rid of :cry:

Holy crap, I'm with ya pal. I got a ding the size of a pebble and knowing that it's there bothers me. Glad I found this thread... but i'll most likely wait until some asshole dings me again sometime in the future to get it out -___-

some asshole back into my car park. I park my car away from cars just for some ass to back into me. :(

I brought my car to Longo toyota for fixing couple of dings. They did a pretty good job. If i can recall, they charge 79 dollars for up to 3 dings on one panel. Good luck
