I've seen the non mars 4's and didn't like'em in person, they looked a little off for some reason but couldn't put my finger on it and the military blue is a pass because of all the shoes that are coming out this summer and probably be the same quality as the cements.

Oh and I thought the og space jams felt right to ball in back then. I killed my pair to death, smh, that was dumb. That's why I had to pick up all the 11's so far and wear them on certain occasions for casual use only.

Sneakernews didn't have the specific date but if it's the 21st, my calender has been marked! :happy0180:

Even the military blue IV's look off to me! Like the pigment of blue now is enough for me to notice. As you mentioned the cement quality seemed a bit off and that was mostly due to the shade of gray on this release compared to the '99's.

The Space Jams were very stiff, just like the XIII's. There is definitely a change in build quality and materials used. I have the '03 black/white X's which I rocked on the court until the sole started to come apart. I picked up the recent X Chicago's and to me they feel completely different.

No prob on the playoff and I haven't been on sneakernews since 06, there's too many little punk ass kids or incoherent adults on that site or flaming going on in there last time I heard.

I passed on 10's when I was younger but I picked up the chicago's as well so I don't know much about the difference between the og's and now based on comfort.
I guess the 11's changed somewhat, but it doesn't bother me. I think the most comfortable shoe to wear casually are the III's, V's, and XIII's right now from JB imo. The IX's look comfortable and probably resemble more to the 10 so they might not be as bad either but passed on all IX's too.

Are these at least 'couture' shoes? Like made in Europe or something? Not on the same assembly line as the rest of them?

"I'm a shoe connoisseur"

Classic.

^ That reminds when some woman left her baby in the cold winter night in their car to be in line for the Concords.
Well someone took notice and reported it. A cop had to break in to free the baby and the women was arrested too.

It's not worth my time even I sometimes sit at home doing nothing. I can wait for another weeks to get a pair. Anyway, I'm more into Puma now.

Probably the tower of shoe boxes fell over him. :iono:

And I for one have gotten better at it this past year by letting go a few shoes by either giving them away or sell them if I don't wear them anymore.

I'm a big sneakerhead, and seeing a thread like this is kind of refreshing. The sneaker forums are full of immature kids.

I'm excited for this next year with all the IVs coming out, supposedly the grape Vs are coming out too. Also did you guys hear about the Air Force 180 High? But with no pump.

This is the year for the IV.
So far I'm not liking the material JB is putting into it so I've backed off from the recent iv releases. As for the AF 180's, they nice but too much stuff is releasing so I have to pass on them and yeah it is a bummer nike didn't add the pressure fit.

And the rumor for the grapes keeps killing me so I'll just sit back and wait until I see a real current sample of the V's.
