Connection Error (fr-s stock radio)

Anyone ever had this message appear while using an iphone 5? Sometimes when I change pandora channels it'll pop up and i'll have to unplug the usb and plug it back for it to work again.

Perhaps my cord is broke? :/

I get the same message using my 4S, unplugging it and plugging it back in usually does the trick for me too.

I used to get the same with what the eBay seller said it was a genuine apple iPhone 5 cord. Once I installed iOS 7 the iPhone 5 kept telling me that the accessory was not a genuine apple accessory. So I took my apple cord from home to the Frs and never seen that issue with the radio again.

Having the exact same issue with my iPhone 5. Also if I have Bluetooth on and USB connected, I have no sound. Turning Bluetooth off always fixes that problem. When I recieve the error message, unplugging the phone and plugging back in always fixes the issue.

Yeah it fixes the issue but its a bit of a hassle. I've got two iphone 5s so I just kept the spare cord in my car thus leading me to believe it's not a 'fake' cord problem like noted above. Just a bit annoying!
