Could always take it to the dealership to have them do it. If it wasn't raining outside right now I'd walk outside and take a picture for you.

The dealer is supposed to put those in upon delivery, seems like someone wasn't doing there job, it's where the truck that delivers the car puts the hooks to secure it in place on the trailer. If you go underneath the car the frame rails should have oval wholes to pop them in on, one on each side, good luck go put em in.

Is it a hard install process? It looks pretty straight forward to me?

No a simple lot tech is supposed to pop them in on a sale its easier than say opening a door. Just look underneath for the ovals in the frame under the doors and pop the in.:thumbsup:
