So i bought this front lip from Nextmod, but it doesn't come pre-drilled, no instruction and no nuts&bolts included. How many holes do i have to drill? what kind of nuts&bolts should i use? the size of the nuts&bolts?

Personally I would go to the Hardware store and get a bolt/nut combo whatever size I think would be best. Nothing huge. There are already holes in the bumper. I would pop off the front black grill, just push it pushes right in. Then I would drill holes in the lip to match the existing holes in the bumper. Then you should be good to install.

edit: well i guess the grill thing is on my FRS sorry just noticed you had BRZ. Check to see if grill comes out the same way so you dont break anything :)

The bottom of your bumper already has holes in it with the plastic press in fitting pieces. Use those and drill the lip out to use those locations. If you want added support you can do what was stated above for the holes that dont already have the plastic press in's. I had the HT autos lip so it was already predrilled. I used nuts and bolts with washers for ones that didnt have the plastic press ins.

do you have the part number for the plastic press in's ? What are the other nuts and bolts? size?

I think you might find that this lip is not wide enough at the bottom to reuse the existing holes. You might have to drill new ones on the bottom of the bumper

make sure you pick up galvanized fasteners. dont want them to get rusty. also locking washers would be wise or the appropriate loctite product

I dont know the part number I just reused the ones that were on the bottom of the bumper holding the undertray. As far as locking nuts and washers, I just took one of the plastic press in fittings in and matched the size at lowes. I assume that lip is similar to the HT autos one which used the existing holes, I mean he just needs to make a template to drill the proper hole locations I am sure it is wide enough to use them all.
