To you guys who swapped emblems, what did you guys do to your sound head unit since it says scion? How about the steering wheel emblem? Did you buy the JDM version? isnt that about 8 bills?

Glad to see there are grown adults here though, unlike someone else who would rather send a hissy fit of a private message.

Then maybe you should read the forum rules and starting with rule number #1.

Toyota wanted a new car in the Scion line up so we have the FR-S here in north america.

Really Toyota is the parent company of Scion so what's the big deal..??

My personal rant for today......so the Subaru owners always call the FR-S a stepchild so who is the stepchild..??
In my opinion the car stated off it's life as a Toyota FT-86 so the BRZ is like the FR-S the poor stepchild of the FT-86.

Ah the FT-86 I love how the roof and windshield were reminiscent of the TC a bit.

I understand people replacing scion badges with toyota, but I don't get replacing the FR-S badge with a GT86 one. GT86 refers to the trim that Euro version gets, so really technically our FR-S are not "GT86s".

...and putting the fender 86 badge on the back looks incredibly lame.

FR-S.13 07-12-2013 07:08 PM

I'm thinking Toyota badge on the front, Subie on the rear, and leave the steering wheel Scion. Confuse/please everyone. :)

Oh, gotta go with the GT86 badging…!

Tribute to the AE86 is how I see it…

So, for me:

GRAZIO EMBLEMS

http://www.grazio-co.com/86/emb_gt86_02up.jpg
http://www.grazio-co.com/86/emb_fender_cr_03up.jpg

Steering wheel & head unit; I need to do more research on the ol' forums…

Headlights & taillights; I know I want the fronts to be HID; JDM or aftermarket, unsure… Both need to be blacked out… As well as the side markers & turn signals…

Only two badges!? What about the one on the steering wheel? The one looking you in the face? That's gotta sting having to look at the wheel day in and day out.

thill 07-13-2013 02:54 PM

I say through some Yugo badges on there and really confuse people....

I'm rebadging mine to "Fuji Heavy Industries". Now that's badass.

dsrttigr 07-13-2013 03:11 PM

Got my FR-S used and the previous owner changed everything to Toyota.
