Open drift event from 5:30 till dusk. Anyone on the forum going?

$40 entry and $5 for spectators. Info on the tracks website.

I'll probably be headed up. would be good to see some other 86's there.

have you done this before? does it basically murder your tires?

Never done it, but I want to try! I've slid the car with sport mode on but no "drifting" yet so I'm hoping to pick up some pointers from some of the more experienced people who show up.

Definitely not good for the tires, but the stock ones are pretty hard and durable, a few laps won't hurt too much. Really good to experience the limit before it happens on the street.

Also have a new set of tires waiting for me when my stocks are done :) Also as far as track time goes.. this seems CHEAP!
