Did you get the color?
 

I was just wondering when you decided to buy did you get the color you want or just took what was in as a sign of god or fate. Ie. car was not sold buy it, guy drops out, take it. In canada we have 4 choices and i would of took any at the time, but i got my first choice so i see it as fate.

Life is too short to pick your second favorite color.

I usually know what color I want with a car an stick to it.. There was just about every color choice I wanted available (GBS, WRB, and SWP were my top three). I ended up narrowing it down to GBS and WRB and went with WRB in the end.

Love the color choices on these cars. None of them look bd IMHO.

I was sold on a red frs with spoiler and trd exhaust... it was the cheaper out of the 2 model subaru's. I made a deal with the guy id buy it after work if I get a free trunk matt. He agreed. Before I left my house for work my dad called saying that the subaru just got a wrb premium with spoiler and fogs. (options I really wanted) so I head over to take a look. they recieved it 5 hours ago still had bubble wrap and all that on so I couldnt even sit in it. I walked around asked the price and said id take it. turns out my dad got the vip pricing and they transfered the saving onto me,even though he didnt buy it. was cheaper than the scion and I got the awesome blue I wanted and the extra small features it had over the scion. I dont regret or look back at the red scion at all:happyanim:

Original order was DGM Premium + spoiler, second order was CBS Limited. My local dealer had an SSM Limited delivery open up, called me first, and when I saw it in person, I fell in love. Went inside, did the paperwork, and cancelled my other orders.

my original color choice was WRB... but the dealer wouldn't budge below MSRP + $500 markup. then I found another dealer that went a bit below MSRP (-$300) and pulled the trigger. I ended up with GBS, even though it was my 4th color choice (WRB, DGM, SWP, GBS). Now I don't regret my choice at all.. I think it was fate. It has definitely grown on me. I have yet to see another GBS BRZ in southern California, and we have the highest number of Subaru dealerships per square mile.

I was originally going to get Asphalt for my FRS, but I saw a Firestorm in person and just KNEW it was the right color, so that's what I got.

I looked for (and got) a WRB, although I'd have gone GBS if I'd found a screaming deal.

Yeah, I was wanting a specific color and started calling different dealerships. I found a dealer about a hundred miles away that was getting the exact car I wanted in about two weeks. I bought it.

ordered my car and waited ~5 months for it to come in the way I wanted

very seriously considered taking a DGM BRZ (since I love that color) but I wanted to stick to my guns

I was tempted throughout my waiting period but ultimately I knew there was only one color for me, Dark Gray Metallic.

Although GBS really tried hard at the end, that and DGM are the best colors IMO.

Got what I wanted

yeah I could have taken pretty much any color but dgm, waited 2 weeks and the dealer got me the dgm premium I wanted with fogs, spoiler and autodim/compass mirror. Couldn't be happier with it

Got the one I wanted, Asphalt. Luckily, they had one straight from the factory available coming in when I ordered. Needless to say I was happy with it :)
