1 Year on and People Still Love the Car

Parked at work my friend will call me and tell me, "Hey people are out there looking at your car."

If I'm not too busy I'll come downstairs and talk about the car. Many people still don't know about the BRZ and yes, women fall in love with it instantly.

Still the best thing I've ever purchased.

This. :party0030:

They don't care what it is, they are just attracted to it.

Lol thats how they should design cars, in the focus groups ask the women if it makes em moist, there would probably be so many better looking cars on the road if they did that

Girls dig my car, they think it's sexy;)

At work the last month, there has been corporate conferences between all the head honchos. So it was cool when security told me that a lot of them were asking about my car.

Everywhere I take the car, someone stops me and asks me about the car. Every time I have to valet the car at a dinner meeting its always parked right in front when we get done. My wife thinks it funny how the valet drivers always have a ton of questions about the car when we are getting ready to leave. I figured it would stop after a few months, but nope. Had the car just over 13 months now and I still get daily comments.

I pulled into the Verizon Wireless store parking lot the other day and both the male and female employees inside were drooling over the car a bit. They both asked about it before even asking me what I was in for.

Yesss I love it too. Can't wait to get my exhaust to get even more looks.

I still love my car... I still get stopped all the time by people asking what it is, or complimenting how nice it looks.

The chirping is starting to really get on my nerves though!

A guy in a jeep that was in front of me stuck his head out to check out my car before turning left at an intersection. I goosed the gas and got the back end to slide a little turning into the same street. he gave me a " you rock " hand sign with his left index and pinky, lol... then at the next stop sign, we were side by side. He as yelling "that is sweet!" and giving me thumb ups. I was pretty stoked but a little intimidated by his shirtless, doorless jeep riding demeanor, lol...

Today, after getting out of the car, some guy in the same garage said he likes my car. We got to chat a little. Turns out he has an AP2 and wants to trade it in for a BRZ because he also needs to carry a child seat. it was cool...

People don't really check out my car much. Being in nor-cal where the BMW 3 series is the new civic, people are a bit more jaded about cars. Add to that a plethora of Tesla's, all the exotics from investment bankers on Sand Hill Rd., plus google's self driving fleet and you've got plenty of competition for people's eyeballs.
