What are you RPM's when AC on? My car rattles a bit but I have aftermarket motor mounts and that contributes a lot.

When you downshift, that sound might be FW chatter.

AC off rpm 900

When i turn my AC to 4 ( highest setting) rpm drops to 600 goes up to 1200 and slowly comes back to 900

During engine braking you could get this kind of noise with this clutch and a lightweight flywheel (not related to AC though).
