Thanks. It's still a prototype. Final version won't have the post intercooler temp sensor, fittings will be finished off nicely and it will be all stealthy black and stock looking.

Only reason I'm sharing photos is the IC setup is obviously very relevant in this thread.

Updates?

None that we are ready to share yet.

The setup in the pictures is good for just over 200rwkw (about 500hp on a US dyno). After that a new intake and intercooler is required. We have bespoke prototypes of both that are almost ready for testing.

Once that is complete, we'll be ready to show the world.

I like how you used the hole for the noise tube as your air bypass. :)

Not sure how I missed this. Can't wait to see the finished product.

1 kilowatt = 1.34102209 hp

Not trying to muddy the details with numbers, but how are you guys getting 2.5hp out of every kw?

I assume he's making a jab at Dynojets, which do tend to read high compared to properly calibrated "real" dynos. It is still an optimistic estimate. :)

Nice. Doug Wilks at TopSpeed did an AWIC setup with a GT30R and put it where the intake is. Can't seem to find a picture of it now though.

I have the TRD S/C with the twin AWIC in the intake manifold but I certainly didn't create that. :)

Just a little Bosch one as found on some Euro supercharged cars. Has done the job just fine on the small cooler, don't see it being an issue with this one either.
