Panda top?

Anyone thinking of doing this to a scion? I was thinking of doing a white body, something like this... *Warning: What you're about to see is a terrible photoshop job after a furious masturbation session...*

Don't judge the idea on the photoshop, as I won't be your paint guy :P

I'm interested in seeing if others are thinking black top with a different colour? And if so you should post a picture!

I don't like the square hood line...looks terrible IMO.
Maybe if it came down slightly past the badge to the nose tip, I think it would flow better

Black on top may not be the most practical. You're covering the horizontal surfaces with the color that looks dirty the quickest. Looks like the car is wearing too much eye makeup. I can't look at the side windows without thinking of a raccoon.

I was going to say that black on top is also going to really heat the car when it's parked compared to the white, but you're in Canada, so perhaps that's desirable :)

But if you like, what the heck, why not!

Not my thing, although I could see where it would work if done right. I agree it should follow the line down to the badge though.

I did like the black stripes on the Firestorm shown in one of the test drive videos. Since my skills in Photoshop would look like I accidently walked in on you during your "session" I'll use a screen grab instead.

Needs moar Tofu Stickers.....

The whole "panda" thing looks terrible in general. I thought it died out just like "murdered out" did?

Maybe I was just being too hopeful.

As far as I'd go is maybe a black roof, but as you've said the ps isn't very good and it would probably look cleaner in real life.

I understand the 2 tone pillars & roof thing you're going for but I've never liked it much. Though that might look better as black on orange or red than on white. And unless you're actually going carbon fiber, I don't support painting your hood black. REGULAR 'panda', on the other hand, I'm still a fan of, and I'm positive that some enterprising company (or several) will be releasing a vinyl set for the FR-S complete with tofu stickers (which I also do no support).

Chop black wheels on it to make it look better

Or just leave it stock to make it look better :)

If it were matte black, it may look a little better. Also, if the black flowed with the hoodline, it may look a bit more appealing...

Not that I'll be doing it, but I think a carbon fiber hood, or hood wrap would look really good on a white BRZ/FRS.

Kung Fu Panda!

I liked the retro Panda Rolla' back in the day!

Also I dig white + CF accents, CF hood or duckbill spoiler or lower lip could set it off nice.
Red w/ Blk looks pretty good too!

Agreed. Albeit a personal opinion, I truely can't stand looking at panda cars much less owning one.
