I use both. Meguiars paint sealant, then after each wash Mothers spray wax.

Been using this stuff for years. I prefer the paste, but the liquid is easy to apply with a machine. It wont turn black plastic white and leaves a nice finish. The Hi-tech swirl remover and glaze are great for black cars.

doing this full time, I use nothing from mothers other than a wheel brush
I use A LOT of meguiars stuff. For interior work and paint correction. MF pads, various compounds / polishes, APC, APC+, QID With that said, I don't use any megs wax (aside from the spray wax). For LSP I go with stuff from Blackfire, wolfgang, collinite, p21s, etc |

FR-S with Griot's and NXT 2.0 Not the FR-S, but another illustration of my current love affair with NXT 2.0...I recently washed, clayed, polished (Meg's Ult Polish), and waxed (2 layers of NXT 2.0) our Forester. Very solid results. Forester with Meg's products Sorry for the long post. Just wanted to share my good experience with Meguiar's (and to a lesser extent Griot's). Prior to the NXT, I was a Zaino AIO guy. While I think the Zaino AIO is still a superior product(but not by much), the price, results, and availability of the NXT has won me over. Note: Don't mind the weird angles of the pics. I live on a huge hill and was doing my best to keep the car level in the pictures. It did not work well. |
