Any dealers offering AHA Radio Firmware upgrade?

If they can make money on performing an update, you can count on it.

My dealership said that the option is available for ~$1000 to upgrade the firmware.

After playing around with the AHA app on my iPhone, I'm not so sure it's worth it.

no way for a grand ill get a used '14 head unit later. i bet once it actually comes out on cars itll get a lot cheaper. or someone might upload it and we can all become pirates!!!!

I'll spend $1000 on a top-of-the-line aftermarket head unit, in that case. I hate the stock HU anyway.

I'll be willing to part with my 14' radio once I get my BRZ at the end of this year.

I agree with the previous posters, with all the fellow enthusiasts around here I'm sure we'll find a DIY about Aha soon enough.

Sharing is caring; therefore pirating for the cause of sharing should also be known as a good deed. :thumbsup:

To be honest this is a situation where pirating is a 100% ok from me. Your shitty head unit becomes decent with a software update and you won't give it out for at least a decent price. That's a load of bull.
