BRZ Driver side mirror rattle with stock speakers
 

Just like the long title says, my driver side outside mirror rattles/distorts with the stock speakers when playing pretty much any genre of music, from Rap to Country.

The passenger mirror acts like there isn't even music playing. I've also checked to make sure the balance isn't uneven, it is set for dead center.

I've tightened all the screws behind the mirror, and the bolts that hold the entire assembly to the door.

Any ideas? anyone else have this issue?

Check your driver side door cup holder for any trash or screws that could cause it to rattle(sunglass). I thought I had the same issue, but twas it. lol :bonk:

By the way, if it is in fact your driver's side mirror causing the issue, take it to the dealership and have them fix it under warranty.

Sorry, I guess i used the wrong term for it...

You know how mirror's 'distort' when you have a sub? it shakes like I have a sub in the door itself. It is not an audible buzz, but a visual one.

I know I can have it fixed under warranty, but I hate sitting in the waiting room, lol.
