Does it have the stalk or add on fog light button?

It's a new part and i have yet to get one in and take pics. Part number was just realeased to me. It is pt413-18130. will post pics soon.

Judging by that part number it should come with the added fog light button that goes next to the trunk release.

COMES WITH FOG LIGHT BEZELS, FOG LIGHTS, HARNESS, BRACKETS, NEW PANEL FOR DIMMER SWTCH WHICH ADDS THE BUTTON FOR THE FOG LIGHTS, ZIP TIES AND ALL NUTS AND BOLTS NECESSARY. I don't want to sound like an ass, but I can get it cheaper at my LOCAL Toyota dealer. Heck I can get a lot cheaper than your lowest price thru Commercial vendor Carson Toyota.
