how do you like the feel of the lighter shift knob compared to the stock one? i'm torn between something like this and another super heavy one to replace the flossy i had

I like it better than stock. You can feel the linkage engage where as the stock knob is a little more disconnected and vague.

I agree with the lighter knob as I prefer it as well. I have the Cusco knob and you definitely feel the linkage engage.
