Edmunds to boost their Project FR-S
Saw this on Edmunds for their Project FR-S. Do you think they're going with the Innovate supercharger?

Looks absolutely awesome:[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXGYbB-ArMY"]Innovate Motorsports: FRS Twin-Screw Supercharger Non-Intercooled, Time-lapse of 2.45 hour install! - YouTube[/ame]
from the way they described it, it seem very easy bolt-on and plug and play, and much less complications than the Vortech. |
They have dyno tests on the supercharger:

that's awesome

Looks like a fairly easy install too.

For all Toyota's noise about how this car was "ready for the track", those brake issues Edmunds relates tell a different story.

Look! It's @whataboutbob 's twin!!

How did they manage 184 hp on the stock car? Maybe these cars aren't fully broken in until near 20k miles. |
I just noticed they use MP Tuning with BRZedit, so this may be the first non EcuTek Innovate install. I emailed MP to ask if they are offering a kit.
