Discount for "Unwind" car?
 

What kind of a discount should i ask for if purchasing a car that was an unwind? Guy left the lot with the car, lied on hits finance paperwork, dealer took it back. It has less than 500 miles on it. :iono:

I would not expect much discount if it has less than 500 miles on it...$500-800 off maybe?

I've got a old saying drive a car off a dealers lot and you lose $3K in value. With that said it's not a new car anymore so ask for atleast $1K off the price.

Due to limited availability giving little depreciation and the low miles combined with dealers marking most up anyway, dont expect much.

What others said but I'd ask for a free Toyota (not aftermarket) 100K extended warranty.

Similar thing happened to the local shop here in Portland. The clown who bought it also lied about his income. Meantime, he stuck a straight pipe on it and took it racing from day one. I'd suspect serious abuse on the car you want as well.
