I noticed a temp decrease switching from the siebon TS hood to the Varis Arising 2 hood with Naca duct by about -5F while moving.

Stand still, no difference, all fans.

The only ones I like are the TS and VT styles. The rest don't seem like they have enough ventalation. The VT style scoop in the back might be useful if there was some custom ducting under it to direct the air to functional side vents.

Top pick would be TS, second would be VT, if I had to choose a third it would be a Varis Arising hood.

This was coolant temps? Or engine bay temps?

Yes it is the one with the 6 vents 3 on each side.

I also have the cooling plate up front which "somewhat" helps with the direction of the air flow towards the vents.

Coolant temps ~25-40mph, can probably assume due to less radiant heat from underhood.

I don't have a way currently of measuring underhood temps, and then I don't have the data from stock/seibon hood to compare to.

I got a chance to see some vented hoods in person, and the VIS AMS hood looked to have a LOT more venting area , much bigger openings (6).
