"thunks" when going over bumps

just as the title states the other day while driving I started to hear thunks coming from my rear end when going over bumps. has anyone had this problem before or know what it my be? the noise seems to be coming from my rear suspension

Slow the fck down when you are going over the speed bumps.

yeah a whole bunch of people have it. probably combo of rear deck, spare tire, tools etc.
annoying. i went through and re torqued all suspension still there.

Take it to the dealership. I had the same noise and my rear strut was blown. It started right under 1000 miles for me. The other noises people are talking about don't sound like suspension noises.

I actually thought these were my problem as well. If you really look at it and you have the carpet/cover over the tools and tires, they really can't bounce. The rear deck sounds more like a click like when a soda bottle is pressed in on itself.

If you are still hearing it, I would take it in as well. I waited about 700 miles to take it in. My shock was completely limp.
