I asked before and did not receive and answer so I'll ask again:

Stock bumper beam stays stock and in stock location.

Are you absolutely sure it fits the AVO kit? I measured the gap between the top condenser bracket bolt and the AVO IC, and it was less than 9 mm of space. Not trying to argue or anything, but I've already tried with two different radiators and no dice, they don't fit... Would it require reworking the AVO IC location? The main problem with the AVO IC and bigger radiators is the top driver's side condenser bracket bolt.

how hard would it be to move the avo IC? I didn't take any measurements but it looked like everything bolted up easily in the stock location. @robispec would be best to answer this question. Have you tried phone'ing him?

the condensor standoffs are 1.75" long and only need to be .75 to mount the condenser closer to the radiator. I looked at the avo Kit in vegas and also got the impression by the AVO reps there that the solution would fit.
I have not test fit the radiator on a AVO car but there is now if I shorten the condenser stand off brackets more than enough room...almost 2"

Is there a change in distance from the front of the motor to the engine side of the rad? I'm waiting for nameless to release the long tube tri-y headers and they are talking about including and aluminum fan shroud and slim line spal fans so that has me worried about clearance issues if the rad pokes into the engine bay any father than stock..

Other than that concern, i love this solution!

So, do you supply the shorter standoffs, do I need to modify the stock standoffs, what would I need to do?

Wonder if it'll fit with a Nameless header...

the lower edge of the radiator is in the same plane as the stock radiator so we could reuse the fans.

I would asume that since the lower radiator fan shroud is is the same location the trimming would be the same.

This cooler is on the short list Robi, I hope to pick it up this summer. Kudos on the solution. @OrbitalEllipses I hope it does fit with the nameless headers, and the headers fit with my vortech kit, I still haven't gotten a straight answer on that.
